Our Catchment Strategy details our high-level priorities and ambition for the current five year period of 2022-2027. Download the Strategy via the link below to read about the Partnership's approach to improving the ecological condition of the Poole Harbour and Stour catchments.
We want to thank our partners for their inputs and guidance, a large amount of expertise and effort was required to develop the Strategy and will continue to support its ambitions going forwards.

Our Action Plan breaks down the strategic approach and outlines the work partners are doing to deliver our Strategic Programmes. These areas of work help focus the limited resources available in the most effective way, and the action plan outlines the priorities, projects and progress towards resolving the identified issues in different parts of our catchments. The Action Plan is updated annually, and is reported to our Strategy Group, who help steer future focus to keep the partnerships' delivery on track.
